After agreeing to the terms & conditions, you accept the responsibility of paying 50% of the total cost of service(s) requested in the form. The remaining balance will be requested after service(s) completion. You have 3 days following the completion of service(s) to make the final payment, otherwise there will be a LATE CHARGE fee of an additional $5 following that day. You also agree to cooperate with the designer, to ensure all of your expectations are met during the process. Any information that could help your experience with JRC Graphics official reach its best will also be required. All deposits are non-refundable. Because of the time and creativity put into your service, all deposits help go toward the full amount of service; as well as any supplies, software or contributions to JRC Graphics Official. ANY personal information gathered will be used solely for designing purposes. All finished products have the right to be shared and displayed on the designer's socials and/or website. If the designer believes they're being threatened or verbally/mentally abused by the client, the designer has the right to void the contract and services immediately. If the designer doesn't receive a consistency in response time or within 48 hours, the designer has the right to void the contract and services immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
